Peacock is raising its subscription prices starting August 17: the ad-supported Premium plan goes from $4.99 to $5.99 a month, and the ad-free Premium Plus tier rises from $9.99 to $11.99, NBCUniversal has confirmed.
New pricing
- Premium (with ads): $4.99 to $5.99/month (+$1)
- Premium Plus (ad-free): $9.99 to $11.99/month (+$2)
- New sign-ups are charged the higher price immediately; existing subscribers move to the new rate on their next billing cycle from August 17
NBCUniversal says the increase is "necessary to continue investing in high-quality content and improving the user experience." It's the latest in a string of streaming price hikes: Paramount+ raised its Essential and Premium tiers in January 2026, following increases from Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+ and Peacock itself over the prior two years.
