Authorised digital sellers
THRYV publishes an IAB Tech Lab authorised-sellers file at /ads.txt, and an /app-ads.txt file that records that we operate no mobile applications. Only account lines listed in those files are permitted to sell inventory on this domain; anything else is unauthorised. Send us the exact lines your network requires and we add them verbatim — we never publish placeholder or borrowed account IDs.
sellers.json is published by exchanges and SSPs rather than by publishers, so THRYV does not host one. Our seller entry appears in each partner's own sellers.json once a direct relationship is live.
Content and traffic
- Every article is written by our own desks. We do not republish or reword wire copy, and we link primary sources rather than reproducing them — see editorial standards.
- Traffic is organic search, direct, newsletter and social referral. We do not buy incentivised, pop-under or bot traffic, and we run no traffic-exchange arrangements.
- Content is English-language and international, covering technology, money, shopping, life, home, travel and automotive.
Brand safety and ad quality
- Standard IAB display formats only. Every unit is labelled "Advertisement"; native and sponsored units are labelled "Sponsored" and name the advertiser.
- No pop-ups, no auto-playing audio, no interstitials that block article text, no ads inside paragraphs, and no more than one leaderboard per page.
- We do not accept adult content, gambling with no licence disclosure, malware-adjacent downloads, or misleading "you have won" creatives.
- Placement rules and specifications are listed on advertise and advertising policy.
Affiliate compliance
Commerce articles carry a visible disclosure above the article body, and outbound commercial links are marked rel="sponsored nofollow" so search engines can identify them. Commissions never influence a ranking, score or verdict. Full detail is in the affiliate disclosure and editorial independence policies.
Privacy and consent
A consent banner controls non-essential cookies before any measurement or personalisation script runs, and readers can withdraw consent at any time. See the privacy policy and cookie policy. Subscriber data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
